What it's all about

The idea is to highlight the topical social plight of binge drinking. This actor driven project draws the shared experiences of its cast. Will explore controversial themes from the pitfalls of recreational substance abuse to the peril of drug- induced date rape, the prevailing theme will be drugs and alcohol awareness. I will be working with student volunteers under 25 years old in the delivery of the project.

What's needed to make it a reality

Props, Transport, possible room hire, Costume, any relevant training costs,refreshments

    I think is a great idea. In addition to it, you may find the MADD (mothers against drunk driving) site helpful, in the sense that it may give you extra information on actions, issues facts and numbers in regards to binge drinking. I would be happy to help you with research if you need to

    I know that Gemma from Kingston Uni did a similar thing at a primary school and provided pupils with a drama workshop on bullying. Maybe you could message her and see how it went.
